BRISTOL, Tenn. — Rain on Friday afternoon washed away Bush’s Beans Pole Day for Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series event at Bristol Motor Speedway, the Food City 500 (2 p.m. ET, FOX, PRN, SiriusXM).

As per the NASCAR rule book, the Owners Points standings have determined the starting order for the race. Points leader Kyle Larson will begin up front on Sunday in his No. 42 Credit One Bank Chevrolet for Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates.

With the weather, the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series drivers will take to the track for the first time in Saturday’s opening round of practice, scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET (FS1, PRN, SiriusXM).
